First Post!

Well after taking a bit of a sabbatical from the world of blogging, I have decided (on a rather boring, dark, and cold Sunday evening in December) to start a new one. I am not entirely sure what the form this blog will take, or whether or not I will actually bother to update it to be honest, but it may serve as an interesting outlet for my ramblings.

First of a bit about me,

• I am 23 years of age
• I have a 1st Class Honours Degree in Computing Science
• By day I am a software engineer for a rather large financial institution
• By night, I, well, don't do anything particularly interesting
• I grew up in Ontario, Canada, however I currently reside in Glasgow, Scotland
• My interests include, technology, cars, and hockey (of the ice variety) I suspect this may be a clue as to some of the content to come?
• Musically I have extremely varied taste, currently iTunes contains everything from Barenaked Ladies, to 50 Cent, to Roy Orbison, to ZZ Top, to 2Pac, to Frank Sinatra, to 2 Unlimited, to... well you get the idea. Needless to say a shuffle on my iPod can produce sparatic results.
